The guaranteed repair service price covers the cost of travel, call out and all labour but excludes the cost of spare parts which are charged at list price.
The price guarantee covers repairs to the product only and excludes any external equipment such as plumbing circuits, electrical and water supplies. The products covered by this guarantee are, Compact 45, Compact 65, Nightstor® 60+, Nightstor® 60, Nightstor® 80, Nightstor® 100, Nightstor® 120, Nightstor® 160, and Nightstor® 250. The guarantee also applies to Creda Electricaire, GEC Electricaire and APECS Electricaire.
Due to the complexity of element replacement on all the above products, element replacement is not covered by this guarantee. Should the fault turn out to be failed elements the visit will be charged at the normal price and a written quotation for a full repair supplied.
